Fulya Özsan Hançerli (f) joined ISSD Electronics in 2015. She holds an MSc degree in Transportation Engineering (Istanbul Technical University, Turkey) and Bachelor's Degree in City and Regional Planning (Gazi University, Turkey). She has 5 years of experience in traffic engineering that includes many key qualifications, including traffic simulation studies, traffic consultancy, signal plan design, traffic pattern analysis with Floating Car Data, Travel Time, and the OD Matrix Estimation Algorithm using Bluetooth devices. She also has high experience in field applications of intelligent transportation systems developed by ISSD. Over 5 years, she actively took part in the implementation and modeling of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) applied in multiple cities.
