POINTR E3000 is a system that enables reading and storing the number plates of vehicles driving in the emergency lane and analysing the data obtained. The system consists of image-based number plate recognition unit and central server. The licence plate recognition unit includes a high-resolution camera in an IP66 enclosure with built-in IR illumination unit and an embedded processing platform.
